Login your blogger account. Click on layout followed by Edit HTML. Take full backup of your blogger template. Then check "Expand Widget Templates" option. Find the line: <div class='post-footer'>. Before this line, insert the below code and save your template.

I just tested the script with My Test Scripting Blog, and it works perfectly. After you added the script, you will find. and image like this below your post.
When you a user clicks on that, he can listen to your post.
You can even download them as the Mp3 Files.
