DDA Housing Scheme 2010- Full Update

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) claims to have learnt lessons from the housing scam 2008. To make sure that the allotment of flats does not get rigged this time, DDA has made some changes in the process of allotting flats under its housing scheme 2010 which will be launched on 25th of this month.

There is notification by the Delhi Development Authority. The application forms will be made available for almost 15,574 flats constructed by the DDA. The sale of these flats would begin from November 25, 2010. The locations have not been disclosed as yet by the DDA.

It is better to hurry because the registration will be open just for one month lest you would miss out the opportunity to get hold of the DDA flat. The last date of registration is December 24.

The allotment of the DDA flats will be done within four months after the registration process is over for which the authority would be conducting draws.

For registration, interested people can purchase forms directly from the head office of the Delhi Development Authority which is located at Vikas Sadan. People can also get the forms from the various branches of Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Central Bank of India, SBI (State Bank of India) and Union Bank of India.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has been released online its New DDA housing scheme 2010 Application Form, which will be available from 25th November 2010. New Delhi Development Authority (DDA) were introducing 16,000 flats to the customers by its new DDA housing scheme 2010 as the online application form registration is starting from Nov. 25. Closing date of DDA housing scheme 2010 is December 24, 2010.

In this 16,000 DDA flats which includes one BHK, Two BHK and Three BHK are of having different categories and classes of flats in different areas of the national capital.

One room Janta flats are also available. The successful candidate will get the flats in various colonies such as Dwarka Area, Rohini Area, Vasant Kunj, Nagar, Motia Khan, Mukherjee Nagar Area and other residential locations.

The registration fee for the flats under New DDA housing scheme 2010 is Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. Registration fee for Janta flats is Rs. 50,000. The cost of the construction ranges between Rs. 1500 to 6000.
In a bid to avoid fake allotment, this time the registration money will be paid through the bank account so no black money can be invested. A PAN card and Bank account is necessary for applying.
